Cooper Cleaning LLC provides exterior cleaning services including house washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, and window cleaning to residential and commercial properties in Central Indiana. Services are performed as described in your quote and service agreement.
All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on aerial imagery and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if property conditions differ materially from what was represented. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee of $150. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. This includes ensuring water access (outdoor spigot), clear pathways, and the removal or securing of items that could be damaged during service. Cooper Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
We stand behind our work 100%. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, improper customer instructions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cooper Cleaning LLC carries full general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as cracks, loose caulking, aging paint, improperly sealed windows, or deteriorated surfaces. Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the property is in a serviceable condition prior to the appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Unpaid balances are subject to collection proceedings.
Cooper Cleaning LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware County, Indiana.
